Jobs and Collaborative Opportunities
We are looking for highly motivated graduate students, and postdoctoral scientists to lead multidisciplinary studies in the areas of cancer cell signaling. We also seek clinical collaborators for our tumor proteomic work.
Graduate students in the Coordinated Doctoral Programs in Biomedical Sciences at Columbia University are welcome to contact Dr. Neil Vasan (firstname.lastname@example.org) for research rotations.
We look for highly motivated candidates with prior experience in any one of the following areas to lead consequential and innovative research projects: 1) deep mutational scanning using mammalian cell culture; 2) functional (phospho)proteomics using biochemical, cell biologic, and pharmacologic techniques; 3) computational clinical proteomics. If you are interested to join our vibrant team, please send your CV and cover letter with a brief description of research interests to Dr. Neil Vasan at email@example.com.
We are interested in working with attending surgeons, radiation oncologists, and pathologists, as well as fellows, residents, and medical students to collect and annotate FFPE clinical patient samples, in collaboration with Rajesh Soni and the HICCC Proteomics Core.
