Postdoctoral Research Scientist
A Postdoctoral Research Scientist position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Alison Taylor. We use genomic and functional genome-engineering technologies to understand the role of aneuploidy in cancer. Several projects are available, all related to understanding the effects of chromosome arm alterations in tissues and cancer cells. Projects will involve both wet-laboratory and dry-laboratory (computational) aspects to varying degrees. The overarching aim of projects in the lab is to develop mechanistic insights into the biology of cancer aneuploidy that can be translated into improved outcomes for cancer patients.
