A Phase III, Randomised, Open-Label, Sponsor-Blinded, Multicenter Study of Rilvegostomig in Combination with Bevacizumab with or without Tremelimumab as First-line Treatment in Patients With Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma (ARTEMIDE-HCC01)

The purpose of this study is to learn how well the study drugs—tremelimumab, rilvegostomig, and bevacizumab—work against liver cancer and how safe they are. The study is also comparing these drugs to a standard treatment used today (atezolizumab with bevacizumab). This study is being done because some of the study drugs are investigational. Investigational means they are not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for treating liver cancer outside of research. Researchers want to see if these medicines, especially the new combination including rilvegostomig, can help the immune system fight cancer better than current treatments. Tremelimumab and rilvegostomig are experimental. If certain immune‑related side effects occur during the study, rescue medications such as infliximab or mycophenolate may be used; these medicines are FDA‑approved for other conditions but are sometimes used off‑label to treat immune‑mediated reactions from immunotherapy (treatments that help the immune system fight cancer).

• must by 18 years old or the legal age of consent - advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed with surgery - No past drug treatment for advanced liver cancer
