he purpose of this trial is to learn more about an investigational drug called DS9051b. DS9051b is an investigational drug that is not Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved for your disease. This is a first in human study. It is being studied to see if it is safe, and if your disease improves while taking it.
Are you Eligible? (Inclusion Criteria)
- Must be 18 years old or older - Must be able to swallow the study drug - Must not have known gastrointestinal disease or procedure that may interfere with absorption of the study drug
