This is a phase 1/2 study for participants with certain types of brain cancers, including diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) and diffuse midline glioma (DMG). In this study, we aim to test if combining selinexor with radiation therapy, followed by continued treatment with selinexor, can improve survival in children with these brain tumors.

Are you Eligible? (Inclusion Criteria)

  • Patients must be enrolled onto APEC14B1 protocol - Patients must be ≥ less than or equal to 25 years of age at the time of enrollment on APEC14B1 Part A CNS/HGG pre-enrollment eligibility screening. - Patients must have have newly diagnosed diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) and diffuse midline glioma (DMG) - Patients must give informed consent and meet protocol-specific criteria.
