PEPN2415: A Phase I Study to Assess the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, and Preliminary Efficacy of AZD1390 (NSC# 852149, IND# 172675) when Combined with Focal Radiation in Pediatric Patients with High Grade Glioma

This study is for children and young adults who have just been diagnosed with a serious brain tumor called high-grade glioma. Doctors are testing a new medicine called AZD1390, which is not yet approved but may help radiation therapy work better by making it harder for cancer cells to fix themselves. The goal is to find out if this medicine is safe, what side effects it might cause, and what dose works best. People in the study will take AZD1390 by mouth and get radiation therapy. They will also have regular check-ups, blood tests, and scans to see how the treatment is working and make sure it is safe.

Are you Eligible? (Inclusion Criteria)

• Patients must be between 12 months and 18 years of age of age at the time of study enrollment. - Patients must have have a high-grade glioma diagnosis.
