The purpose of this study is to find out if the study drug, [177Lu]Lu-DOTATATE, is better or worse than the usual drug therapy in treating meningioma that has come back after treatment with surgery, radiation, and/or drug therapy. [177Lu]Lu-DOTATATE is a radioactive drug, called a radiopharmaceutical, that works by targeting only the tumor and then delivering radiation into the tumor. [177Lu]Lu-DOTATATE has already been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat other types of tumors, but it has not been approved to treat meningiomas.
