Dr. Alissa M. Michel is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons in the Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology and Oncology. She received her MD from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Michel was recently honored with the ASCO/Conquer Cancer Foundation Young Investigator Award and the ASCO/Conquer Cancer Foundation Merit Award in 2024. She has a strong background in research, and serves on the Nursing Skin Committee. She is board-certified in American Board of Internal Medicine, Internal Medicine.
