This study is the first time REGN5458 will be combined with other cancer therapies. The main goal is to understand if REGN5458 can be given safely with other cancer study treatments, and if so, what dose of REGN5458 should be used for each combination. The investigational drug, REGN5458, is not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Are you Eligible? (Inclusion Criteria) Are you at least 18 years of age? - Are you likely to live for at least six more months? -Do you have measurable disease as defined in the protocol according to International Myeloma Working Group (IMWG)...

The purpose of this study is to determine if the investigational therapy called bb2121 is effective in treating multiple myeloma. bb2121 is a type of therapy known as chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy. T cells are a kind of white blood cell which form part of your body’s immune system. Your T cells will be separated from the rest of the immune cells and then modified to make the bb2121 T cells. The bb2121 T cells manufactured for you will be shipped to the study site when you are ready for the treatment and infused back into your blood. Are you Eligible? (Inclusion Criteria...

We’re doing this study to see how well transplant works in adults with a MMUD using stem cells from a donor’s blood. This study treatment does not include any investigational drugs. Are you Eligible? Many research studies are done to try to find the best way to treat patients with cancer. Researchers are working on new anticancer agents that are targeted to the genes in a person’s tumor. Genes are the basic “instruction book” for the cells that make up our bodies and are made out of DNA. DNA contains information that determines things such as eye and hair color. DNA is made up of long strands of repeating letters that form a code. The order of these letters in DNA is important. In the same way that a spelling mistake in a word could change its meaning (for example, mean...
